The bug is in the tty drivers. Someone sent me a trace and bits to prove
it. I don't see that Ugh in question can cause any X11 video switch problems
however, just non-atomicities in the tty driver that may or may not be
dangerous.

Does someone want to send the trace and bits my way... ?
