the -EFAULT stuff is already in the isdn4linux cvs tree (unfortunatly,
one day after the isdn patch for 2.1.92 was created). As the irq-off related
stuff replaces some cli() locking by a semaphore (which is a somewhat more
fundamental change), I'd be happy if this passed some tests.
