Hi again Tim.
This is with your patch applied and the updated kmod.c with Greg Z
patch.
I started dosemu, wp5.1 and told it to print a file.
Switched to another vt and did lsmod and dmesg.
Outputs attached.
Same problem, nothing printed until I exited dosemu. I tried again using
modprobe -k lp
before starting dosemu and the same thing happend. Before 'upgrading'
kmod.c (but with your patch) I was unable to reproduce the problem, but
had to use modprobe -k to get parport_pc to load. After the kmod upgrade
parport_pc did get loaded automatically.
