Hi there...
Can someone please enlighten me to what frame errors are? :) I managed to get rid of the tcp checksum errors by changing ISPs..
ppp0 Link encap:Point-to-Point Protocol inet addr:139.134.42.124 P-t-P:139.134.40.169 Mask:255.255.255.255 UP POINTOPOINT RUNNING NOARP MULTICAST MTU:1524 Metric:1 RX packets:58945 errors:72 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:70 TX packets:175397 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0 collisions:0 Memory:c065301c-c0653c18
Ok now some general info.. This is an amd 386dx40, 8mb ram.. kernel 2.1.98 (has done it in earlier kernels too).. Now, this doesn't happen in 2.0.34pre6, so its not hardware related.. Although I'm not _overly_ sure about that, I'll double check later. I'm using ppp 2.3.4..
Cheers,
Dave.
