Ralph Metzger and Gerd Knorr do all the hard work on this driver. I merely
collect it up for kernel bundling impose a bit of CodingStyle and try
and turn any hardware specific stuff Ralph invents into extensions of
the generic API.

Credit where due.. I just shuffle ioctls around
