/me again. While talking about MPEG and stuff...
I have a small tcl/tk application which is supported to become a video capture tool. It is neither comfortable nor very stable, but can already do video recording (uncompressed avi, video+audio). Hav'nt found much time for it last months, guess this will not change in the future becauce I finished my study now...
I'll put my current code to http://user.cs.tu-berlin.de/~kraxel/linux/grab-980420.tar.gz
within the next few minutes. If someone wants to take over or use the code as starting point for another cool application, feel free...
