As far as i know, "2 cent" would have been equivalent... ;-)
But while we are at this topic: Siemens-Nixdorf has announced to ship its computer keyboards with the EURO symbol located on the "E" key (AltGr-E).
OS/2 supports it already (with the latest fixpacks); Win* does not. So where do we place the EURO symbol in the charset? Simply deferring to the pending allocation in the Unicode charset seems not sufficient to me: Just 8 months to go until it becomes reality (in the corporate and banking sector at least).
