Somebody recently broke the CMD646 support for non-sparc, though if
you configure in the sparc driver, it might work regardless.

The pending IDE update includes a fix for this.

Sorry, that was careless of us, we should have added the config.in
entry to drivers/block/config.in at a minimum. Again, sorry about
this.
