SubjectRe: 2.1.89 doesn't compile
I've noticed the same thing with the missing coda_fs_i.h when I applied
the 2.1.89 patch. My source tree was 2.1.84 patched cleanly through
2.1.88. I had to grab a fresh 2.1.89 source tree to get a compile.
