I just compiled this and it seems a lot better than the previous pre-patches.
A couple of things though:
1. smbfs didn't compile.
sock.c: In function 'smb_close_socket': sock.c:262: too few arguments to function 'close_fp'
2. Sound still has problems: init_module: Device or resource busy This is with a Soundblaster AWE32 on Redhat 5.0
3. Swap seems to be back to normal. It was slow on the last pre-patches and 'free' showed that a lot of memory still was free although i had heavy swapping.
Cheers Kjartan
