    Something went wrong at this point.
    The driver performs an auto request-sense on CHECK CONDITION or COMMAND
    TERMINATED scsi status, so upper drivers should _never_ explicitely queue
    a REQUEST SENSE command.

    Could you simply disable SCAN for this device from the SDMS user set-up
    (NVRAM) and let us kown it if makes differences.
