According to some funky ISO tests carried at the Tuv It labs, w95 requires
32 mb to run at optimal speed. w98 requires 96 mb to run at the same speed
of w95 with 32 mb ram.

I'd say 128 as a minimum, 192 normally and 384 optimal.
