SubjectRe: 2.1.128 NFS client broken with rsize and wsize = 1024

David Miller just found a really stupid little bug in the read side of the
new NFS code, and that's almost certainly the reason why rsize < PAGE_SIZE
failed for people. I had been looking at the write-side changes (those
were the really fundamental ones), and had missed a stupid small buglet in
the trivial read-side changes. Thanks, davem.

Anyway, forget the shortlived pre-3, and upgrade directly to pre-4 that
should not only compile cleanly (knock wood ;), but should have the NFS
lockup with small rsize's fixed.
