SubjectREPORT: 2.1.129pre2
Just got finished loading and testing 2.1.129pre2. There still seems to be
a problem with PCMCIA ethernet and this kernel version.

pcmcia-cs-3.0.6-Nov-10.
intel 586/233MMX

1. After a minimal amount of load (~100 packets), I receive:

lapi kernel: eth0: transmit timed out, tx_status 00 status e601.
lapi kernel: eth0: Interrupt posted but not delivered -- IRQ blocked by
another
lapi kernel: Flags; bus-master 1, full 0; dirty 61 current 61.

lapi kernel: 15: @c29c22f0 length 8000002a status 0000002a
lapi kernel: eth0: Resetting the Tx ring pointer.

And the ethernet dies. Rebooting back into 2.1.125 _DID NOT_ solve the
problem. I had to do a hard-reboot to get it fixed.

That card is

Socket 0: 3Com 3c575-TX Fast EtherLink XL
0 network 3c575_cb 0 eth0

2. To get 2.1.129pre2 to compile, I had to apply the following patch:
