Not likely. I remember spending one night discussing OOM solutions on linuxnet. The outcome was : we couldn't find a right solution. The best we could come up was a bloated algorithm that used a lot of resources and still could be tricked into killing good apps by a malicious user. The OOM killers should stay outside the main tree until a good working solution comes along.
