SubjectNFS-Root via ARCNet: Success on 2.1.122
From
Date
Hello,

I just wanted to tell you, that at least on 2.1.122 (didn't test anything
newer) it is again possible, to run NFS-Root over ARCNet.

It didn't work in 2.1.82 and the following kernels, but especially
David Woodhouse helped to fix some arcnet driver bugs.

Thanks to all here - now my second machine is able to run Linux without
having Linux installed on it. (OK, running X over a 1.5Mbps line is not
*that* fun, but it's OK :-))

Ciao
Christoph
