RTLinux has used APIC for more than a year. Not that it's such a big deal.

I'm not concerned and you are welcome to do what you want with GPL'd software as long as you maintain credits and don't violate license terms.
And congratulations. By moving to a RTLinux base instead of a Mach base you fixed one of the two fundamental problems with Mach/Maruti.
