Last time I checked, the "oops and die" behaviour of this was fixed.
However, some /proc entries are indeed unlinked now!! (I know this is
intentional).

And once gone, I couldn't get them back without a reboot, even in the case
of /proc entries registered by modules and doing rmmod/insmod.
