This is because hfs_fs.h refers to a struct in fs/hfs/hfs.h. (Which is not currently referenced). It looks like a simple oversight. A *temporary* fix to allow you to compile is to add #include "fs/hfs.h" right before #include <linux/hfs_fs.h> in filesystems.c. Another solution is to omit hfs entirely and compile the still available separate source as a module.
