SubjectSnapshot 'o' the day

Thats right, more bugs fixed, other exciting stuff, check it out:

1) Random Alpha, PPC and sparc64 fixes (Richard, Cort and Eddie Dost).

2) Massive m68k driver changes. New drivers/video created, all m68k
drivers moved there, other archs soon to follow (Jes Sorenson).

3) Updated XT driver (Alan Cox).

4) Numerous networking bug fixes, most imporantly:

a) Add proper packet length checking for ICMP errors (Andi).
b) Things like bootpd should now work again and not crash
the box (Alexey).
c) Make packet queueing disciplines compile as a module
as they should (Martin).
d) Add support for configurable anonymous port ranges for
UDP/TCP. (merged in by Andi, original patch by Philip
Gladstone).
e) Fix for sockmsg handling which allowed users to spam the
kernel stack with large control messages (Andi).

NOTE: The new routing code now exposes a bug in pppd. A patch is
needed, Andi will hopefully post the necessary patch here
over the next day.
