    This looks like either a bug in the scsi driver, or else an undiscovered
    bug that's pulling a buffer out from under the driver. The patches
    you're using have fixes for all the known problems of the latter
    possibility, so we really should track this one down.

    Could you check whether you have all the latest fixes for your scsi
    driver, and whether there are any outstanding bug reports of this sort
    for the driver?
