You didn't look very hard. http://www.unicode.org/unicode/uni2book/u2.html
says:

"Accompanying The Unicode Standard, Second Edition is a CD-ROM with
tables of character properties, and mappings to international, national,
and vendor character sets."

Besides, there are plenty of tables and other useful stuff at
http://www.unicode.org/
