Unless I am being an idiot, I can't see any needed patch to resource.h
(any of the ones on my system)

Please correct me if I am wrong. Note that the latest version of the
patch is version 7. I made various muck ups in the previous 6 versions.

Note that I can't send to SERVER-LINUX@NETSPACE.ORG
