Subjectwritel and vremap, intel vs. alpha
Date
From

Hmm... There seems to be an inconsistency on this matter. It appears
that when I use writel, readl, et al. ni io.h, I need to use vremap on
the intel targets, but need not use vremap on the alpha. Which is it
supposed to be?

I'm still using 2.0.27 kernels. Has this behavior changed in 2.1? What
about iomap (which doesn't exist in 2.0)?

thanks.
