These should have be in ipv4/tcp_input.c. If they are not then something got lost between my source and what got to Linus. Other than that, it appears I forgot to check in the up to date ipv6.c file which should have declared this as extern ints. My apologies. I'll look into it as soon as I can and post a a patch (this will probably be tomorrow evening, I have to be at a conference all day tomorrow).
