Subject[Offtopic] linux.kernel.org local time
Date
From
I just looked at the timestamp on the patches of the kernel
and noticed that 2.1.36 looked as follows on linux.kernel.org
-rw-rw-r-- 1 502 101 407461 Apr 24 01:49 patch-2.1.36.gz
It's around 11:55 pm on the 23rd here in Eastern US (EST) so
if the site is in the US and Linus is developing in the us
then the timestamp doesnt reflect that - Not that it makes a great
difference :). Maybe Linus just likes to keep stuff Helsinki time?
