Hi, 
am sure it has nothing to do with the 2.0.30 kernel.
I'm getting the same messages wit the 2.0.27 kernel
I'ne never installed the 2.0.30 kentel.

BTW, anyone knows how to stop these pesky 'lp0 out of paper'
messages? I have no printer on lp0.
