TCPv4 bad checksum from 03a26ac2:3c9a to 8ca36ac2:7e03, len=1480/1480/1500

This is normal, windows95 machines are notorious for spitting out bad
TCP checksums onto the net. It happens all the time, people are only
noticing it in 2.1.x because this debugging message has been
re-enabled.
