I have had the same problem on one of the machines I use. This error
only appears when I shut the system down - I end up having to reset
or powercycle the beast.

This to is running 2.0.28, with essentially all directories mounted
over NFS, i.e. everything bar /bin, /dev, /sbin, /etc, /tmp and /var

The address specified appears to be in wake_up_interruptible which in
my System.map is at 00110c50.
