Wow.. A timetravler.. Please, could you be so kind to email a copy of your
linux 3.3 kernel to Linus? Make sure you make the subject like 'VERY
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!!'

Anyways, when you 'make install' ncurses it should toss ncurses.h in
/usr/include/ somplace..
