Hi Scott, the diffs I submitted were a compilation of two parts:
a- User space daemon patches that I found floating around in various postings and that as an extra included a patch to, suposedly, make MSCHAP work again with ppp-2.3.2, I used them out mainly for the 230400 and 460800 support as I do not use myself MSCHAP.
b- Linux Kernel driver which I built but which was an ugly hack because it is targetted to Linux-2.1.69+ and doesn't have the pretty '#ifdef version this or that' and so it can not be used with previous kernels...
I am sending the compilation of the patches for the user space daemon including your last patch and the patch for the kernel ppp driver with pretty '#ifdef this or that...' to the linux ppp maintainer (Al Longyear) and also to the linux-kernel list just in case that it become useful for somebody :-)
