Yes, it came from the CVS merge, but I've removed it from the CVS in the meantime as making it a config option is not a good solution. I've sent generic ix86 CPU support (identification etc.) to Linus today and I'll add some Cyrix/AMD features (those not settable in userland) as command-line options.
