Well, you're scanning the mem_map to age pages so you know which
pages are touched in some given quantum. Now the pages have inode
and offset so you also know what pages of what file have been
touched in that quantum too. The question is how to collect,
analyze and present this information...

(This also suggests we want memory spaces (struct mmstruct) to
have a pseudo inode to which anonymous mappings are attached. See
other message about finding ptes referencing a page)
