Not a kernel bug. The "no route to host" packet is coming from Analogic-gw.ALTER.NET (137.39.206.14). Looks like the gateway is incorrectly configured and is rejecting TCP for www but letting ICMP through. Send a mail to webmaster@analogic.com and complain.
