Subject2.1.21 patches for a clean compile
Date
I'm much more concerned about having _correct_ drivers than ones that happen
to compile. The pcwd driver is a good example. There is a new version, its
sitting in my "to do" pile and once dropped in and checked over it will fix
all the pcwd problems.

I've fixed the wic driver, Jon Naylor has fixed the PI2 typo. The apricot
driver has always produced a pile of warnings and its not trivial enough to
clean up without access to such a machine.

The protocol level ones will gradually disappear as we work over and up the
stacks cleaning up bugs and flaws.
