SubjectAiee, killing interrupt handler - 2.0.20
Hi all!

I'm using a 2.0.20 kernel with the following modules:

floppy, minix, loop, serial, binfmt_aout, 3c509, msdos, fat,
and STATIC ftape.

I've enabled FC-20 probing, but I'm not using it at the moment.

Now the problem: after saving some megs on the tape with tar and
rewinding the tape, the kernel hangs hard. I've reproduced the
problem a few times.

I see a bunch of oopses, followed by "Aiee, killing interrupt
driver", and after a few seconds, other oopses.

I cannot write down the numbers, because they keep on coming.

The third time, I took out the tape.
It went this way:

oops 0002
[...]
Aiee:scheduling in interrupt 00110cfd
Aiee:scheduling in interrupt 00110cfd
Aiee:scheduling in interrupt 00110cfd
Aiee:scheduling in interrupt 00110cfd
Aiee:scheduling in interrupt 00110cfd
Aiee:scheduling in interrupt 00110cfd
Aiee:scheduling in interrupt 00110cfd
[...]

drive = Jumbo 350
tape = (Dysan 100, DY2120, 307ft)

How am I supposed to help?
