SubjectMore info on trouble with new Adaptec 2940 code in 2.0.13/14

Here is some info about my problem with an adaptec 2940 and a Wangtek
tape. When the machine hangs I get the following output:

SCSI0 Parity error during phase Data-Out on target 4, channel 0, lun0.

SCSI0 channel 0: resetting for second half of retries.
SCSI bus is being reset for host 0 channel 0

After this it's completely dead.

On bootup I get the following information about the scsi-card and
tape/disks:

The error appears everytime I try to read a tape from /dev/st1 and didn't
appear in 2.0.12
