Subjectnew ptys
I just upgraded 2 2.0.x boxes to the new tty/pty major numbers.  On both, 
I got error messages like this after the upgrade:
release_dev: driver.table[202] not tty for (04:ca)

Is this just some kind of harmless warning having to do with the kernel
being upset that a bunch of devices had their numbers change?

Also...where can I fing source for rlogin that actually compiles? For
now, I've hacked screen and telnetd to use the pqrs pty's last, but
rlogin will still be limited to the original 64 ptys. rlogin in the
NetKit-B-0.0[5-6] appears to be missing some pieces.
