Wasn't sure where exactly to go with this problem, so here's a shot:
I got the 2.0.0 Kernel and compiled it with APM Management and screen-blanking features. The reason I want this feature is because my monitor sucks up power like candy and having it turn off automatically would be of big help. It works fine when idle, but when I run anything using graphics, such as LinuxDOOM, X-Windows, SeeJPEG, etc. the monitor blanks and the only way to recover is blindly stop the program. Is this a problem that can be fixed? Any help on this would be appreciated
