Since upgrading to the 2.0.7 and then the 2.0.8 kernel, I have seen a few instances of the following line in my syslog: (with different dates/times)
Jul 22 18:15:28 freya kernel: TCP: **bug**: copy=0, sk->mss=0
I am running on a Pentium with 48 MB of memory. All of the utilities/libraries on my system have been upgraded to the latest v2.x compatible versions. This system runs DNS, as well as a reasonably loaded web server (Apache v1.1.1). These messages haven't seemed to affect performance any, but I really don't need my machine buckling underneath me some day when I'm away from work (over 30 mins away).
The machine contains an Adaptec 2940UW PCI SCSI controller, as well as an AMD Lance32(?) PCI ethernet card.
I don't subscribe to this mailing list due to time constraints, but I'd appreciate an e-mail response or pointer to a better place to post this.
