Hi all,
since kernel versions 1.3.91-2.0.1 I use a "3Com Etherlink III Combo" (PCI) with minor Problems in my linux-box (It needs DOS/WfW to initialize the card to "AUI/10baseT" after a power-on-reset). Anything else worked great until yet.
Now with 2.0.7 and 2.0.8 (I skipped 2.0.2-6) the following probs appear at system start and no connection can be etablished. The initial messages of the driver (before INIT starts the system) seem to be OK and identical with the messages in the older kernels.
The LAN-access interface is an AUI-type, of course.
Thanks for any help.
