Well, here's problems 2.0.12 has revealed:
1) (recently) "send_head NULL in tcp_retransmit_time" appeared in logs
2) (repeatedly) "BSD based fragmenting router... etc.. etc." These are annoying
3) A seemingly stuck socket (a day a least)
From netstat -ao:
tcp 1 0 ferret.lmh.ox.ac.u:ftp jupiter.zzz.ee:3034 CLOSE_WAIT root off (0.00/0) tcp 0 0 ferret.lmh.ox.ac.uk:20 jupiter.zzz.ee:23886 SYN_SENT root off (0.00/0)
On another note, what compiler options do people find optimal for compiling the kernel with the latest pentium-gcc? (which I'm giving a go soon).
Cheers, Chris.
