    SubjectRe: SVGA kernel chipset drivers.

    Surprisingly few, actually. They were the standard "hardcore" UNIX type
    books; Stephens, Karels(et al), X, OReilly, etc, etc. There was a
    significant number of copies of several of the "Linux" things, but the
    jist of the change was nicely UNIX.
