    I've got quite a few of them working quite well for quite some time.....

    however... the first ones we had here.... began failing late last
    year... this may have been temerature related, as the drives they
    were replaced by (free of charge on warranty), run much cooler,
    and have not had a problem in a number of months (so far)....
