Yeah, I'd like that, too. I have been running the IBM SCSI driver for quite a few months and never had a problem. With 2.0, MCA support is the _last_ non-standard feature I had to add to the kernel. (With 1.2.13 there were AX.25, Token Ring, ISDN, MCA, dump performance, .... :-)
If anybody is interested, my home page contains MCA patches against 2.0.0.
