Regardless of the font that you use a Herc has 720x350 pixels. Only so much that you can do with that and still have it readable. 120x43 would be about the most that you could fit with a 5x7 font and one pixel space in each direction. Hercs were NOT noted for the flexibility in the low level display format that later systems were capable of.
