    I'll do this when I finally upgrade my machine. We have
    developed a nice package for testign PRNG here, but don't hold
    your breath, distinguishing a good PRNG from moderately good one
    purely by stochastic testing takes about 2^15 samples
    (assuming a periode of about 2^30).
