Take a look at <URL:ftp://ftp.ora.com/pub/examples/windows/win95.update/ntfsdos.html> There is a read-only NTFS redirector for DOS/Win95. It doesn't work for me, though (segfaults on my DOS 6.22, maybe peoplw with Win95/DOS 7.0 would have better luck).
Of course it is totally insecure, but you can also get e2fstools and read stuff off a ext2 partition from DOS (letting people use DOS is insecure as hell).
