I've just added a second ide cdrom to my system and can not get it to mount. It is hdd and the system keeps saying that this is a ide tape drive which is not compiled into the kernel. I've tried to run MAKEDEV.ide, but it did not help.
ideas???

The second cdrom is a Hitachi Model CDR-7730
