I have a dtc2278e controller with two HD's on interface 0 and a HD & CDROM on the second.
After peeking at the code, I noticed a minor bug in the comments. Since I noticed that a lot of the current patches fixed spelling and other minor things, I thought I'd say this...
The comments in dtc2278.c say that the 2278e has onboard BIOS. This is not true! The documentation states that the e only has 16550A serial ports and an enhanced parallel port. The eb has bios... Not a big deal...
Now for the question. Why can't the PIO mode be set to 4 for the second interface? Is this a ide.c limitation or dtc2278.c limitation???
